This is not a bowl for a child, even though it is petite. There are no pictures, only clear but discreet measurements on the inside of the bowl. This is high quality porcelain, not plastic, and can be used for both hot and cold foods. The perfect tool to add to my bariatric routine.

I've always been a "eat what I want and as much as I want" person. A new medication I'm on has given me a huge appetite and sweet tooth and the scale has let me know it noticed. So I knew I needed to be more mindful.I have made this into my ice cream and cereal bowl. I cannot pack in more than the 1.5c it holds and my instinct is not to go much over half full. The visual trick of a full but smaller bowl means I don't feel like I'm skimping while I'm having the correct amount for a portion instead of guessing.The price is pretty excessive for a single bowl, that's my only downside.

Is the perfect bowl for my meals and easy to measure.

Extremely useful just the right size would have liked 2 to a pack for the money however the easy to use and see measuring lines are great. It's also not made out of plastic which is a plus and the Appearance is much more grown up and nicer than a lot of the plastic ones available. Just wish they did the plates to match
